1. Acceptance of Terms (EULA)

By physically downloading, accessing, or utilizing the WakeSurfApp React Native application (the "App"), you explicitly agree to be bound structurally by these Terms of Service. If you strictly disagree with any segment, please actively uninstall the App immediately.

2. Assumption of Risk

Wakesurfing is an inherently dangerous, high-velocity extreme sport. WakeSurfApp App simply functions as a geographic directory referencing private and public Off-Road facilities. We physically DO NOT own, operate, or endorse the safety constraints of any listed lake natively within the 50-State architecture.

By surfing at any facility sourced organically from WakeSurfApp, you definitively assume absolute liability for any bodily injury, property damage, or fatalities mathematically encountered. Always obey local facility AMA guidelines.

3. User Generated Content (App Store Requirement)

WakeSurfApp allows riders to natively publish authentic reviews, comments, and lake ratings into our remote network mapping.

• You absolutely agree NOT to post objectionable, explicitly offensive, abusive, or directly threatening text clusters.
• Per Apple App Store mandatory guidelines, there is exactly zero tolerance for abusive content. We actively monitor the Supabase PostgreSQL arrays.
• We explicitly reserve the right to instantaneously terminate any user account generating toxic telemetry and rigorously expunge their reviews without manual warning.

4. Intellectual Property

The "WakeSurfApp" brand, custom Lucide icons, Dark-Mode styling properties, and backend routing hierarchies are structurally exclusive property belonging definitively to WakeSurfApp. Do not violently scrape, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the API payloads organically.
